HOLIDAY REWARDS 2010
Official Promotion Rules The HOLIDAY REWARDS 2010 promotion offers customers of URM Food Service the opportunity to earn valuable POINTS simply by purchasing featured products from key URM Vendors participating in the program. Here’s how it works:
· Award points have been awarded to many stocked items of our participating Suppliers. Every time you purchase items listed from the featured vendor during the promotional period, the Award Points associated with that item will be deposited in your Award Point Account. Visa Gift Card to use anywhere Visa is accepted
Redeem points for equipment through Houston’s
Apply points to your URM A/R balance
· Awards will be issued shortly after the end of the promotion - in early December.
· The HOLIDAY REWARDS 2010 is open to all URM Food Service Customers in good standing who meet eligibility requirements.
· Health care accounts, and any others that are directly reimbursed through a government agency may not eligible for some types of awards, and may be required by law to use the Safe Harbor redemption option. Your DSR will provide details.
· Distributors, pure contract, closed national chains, bid, delinquent accounts, and any accounts that specifically prohibit their employees from participating in promotions are not eligible.
· All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the Award winner.
